Meet the people behind Future Legal Recruitment:
 DAVID ARTINGSTALL
A graduate of Sheffield University, and having obtained the LPC from the College of Law in Guildford, David first became a partner, then for 12 years senior partner to the firm of Fentons Solicitors in Manchester. During that period he oversaw and was instrumental in that firm’s considerable transformation, development and growth.
Now established in legal recruitment, David has put his wealth of experience in private practice to best use in assisting busy clients and candidates alike by matching clients’ needs with candidates’ aspirations to their mutual benefit.
Highly motivated, yet extremely approachable, his outside interests have included launching and owning a highly acclaimed Italian restaurant in the Peak District. He also enjoys marketing, networking, squash and the gym. He is married with 2 children.
CAROLINE MEDCALFE
 After completing her BA (Hons) from Aberystwyth University, Caroline worked for HSBC bank in Asset Finance before moving into Legal Recruitment with a leading Manchester firm. Caroline has more than 6 years experience of successfully recruiting partners, solicitors, legal executives, paralegals, law costs draftsmen and other legal professionals to solicitors practices and businesses throughout Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Cheshire, Liverpool & Merseyside and the wider North West region.
Highly motivated, Caroline loves the world of legal recruitment, along with meeting and getting to know people and she thrives on the challenge of successfully matching candidates to clients
When not working, Caroline enjoys spending time with her 2 sons, running and spinning.
