Job Description

You will be responsible for the initial vetting of calls from potential clinical negligence claimants.
Ideally you will have experience of handling complaints about treatment within the NHS/ NHS Patient Advice and Liason Service (PALS) or in the complaints departments within an NHS Trust.
You will have an excellent telephone manner and good organisation skills.
