| Job Description |
The Intellectual Property and Technology team offers both contentious and non-contentious advice on major local and cross boarder projects and clients include major government departments, some of the world's leading technology and communications companies, national regulatory authorities, major financial institutions, owners of well known international brands and patents, multinational media and entertainment companies, internet service providers, e-business enterprises and many more.
Our client is now looking to recruit a lawyer with a minimum of 1 years pqe to join the IPT team in Sheffield to undertake a non-contentious caseload including commercial contracts work, outsourcing, supply agreements, agency distribution, and joint venture work etc.
As well as looking at candidates with general commercial contracts experience, we would also welcome applications from candidates with more specialist non-contentious IT and/or IP experience.
The successful candidate will have an excellent academic profile and experience gained at one of the top regional or City firms. |
