Job Description

Our client seeks an experienced Commercial Solicitor to undertake non-contentious broad ranging commercial work including outsourcing, supply agreements, agency distribution, and joint venture work etc. As well as looking at candidates with general commercial contracts experience, we would also welcome applications from candidates with more specialist non-contentious IT experience.
The successful candidate will have an excellent academic profile and experience gained at one of the top regional or City firms.
