Job Description

Our Client is looking to recruit a senior lawyer to join their commercial team in Liverpool to undertake a purely non-contentious caseload including commercial contracts work, outsourcing, supply agreements, agency distribution, and joint venture work.
As well as looking at candidates with general commercial contracts experience, we would welcome applications from candidates with more specialist non-contentious IT and/or IP experience.
The successful candidate will have an excellent academic profile and experience gained at one of the top regional or City firms.
