Candidates should be able to demonstrate the following:

1. Costs experience covering the entire civil costs procedure
2. Managerial & Training experience for team of 5 people with extensive experience
3. Attend detailed assessment
4. Excellent client care skills
5. Computer literate
6. Able to type own bills
