| Job Description |
Our client has a new vacancy for a Fee Earner to join the team working on Employers Liability and
Public Liability matters. The key focus of the role is to pursue settlement of files as soon as practically possible, whilst ensuring client guidelines are followed.
We are looking for an individual who has experience of handling EL/PL files and has litigation experience so that they can quickly review files, formulate initial strategy and liaise with insured and insurers where necessary.
