| Job Description |
We have a number of new vacancies for Fee Earners to join this firm working on RTA defendant files for an insurer client. The key focus of the role is to pursue settlement of files as
soon as practically possible, whilst ensuring client guidelines are followed.
We are looking for an individual who has experience of handling their own caseload RTA FastTrack files and has litigation experience so that they can quickly review files, formulate initial strategy and liaise with insured
and insurers where necessary.
