Job Description

A Solicitor / Fee Earner with 1-2 years of litigation experience is required to join the Defendant RTA team in Liverpool.
The successful candidate will undertake work on behalf of a number of insurers and these cases are likely to be valued at Ł25K or above.
The main function of the job is to progress cases, under minimum supervision, to an effective and satisfactory conclusion for clients whilst providing and maintaining management information under the terms of the client service level agreement, responsibilty for providing or sourcing high quality legal advice to clients, that takes in account commercial pressures on the client.
