| Job Description |
The focus is on contentious and non contentious respondent employment advice, ranging from strategic advice to handling Employment Tribunal claims.
You will be taking a leading role in the development of a health employment practice in the
Manchester office and will be undertaking a varied workload of employment matters in the health and public sector.
You will initiate and take part in marketing / networking activities in order to maintain and develop work from existing and potential clients in the health and public sector.
You will ideally be of 5 years plus qualification with experience of working with clients in the health and public sectors (preferably in the North West and Midlands areas).
You must have experience of tribunal work and be able to work independently on contentious and non contentious matters reporting to a partner or an associate as appropriate.
