| Job Description |
Our client is looking for candidates at associate/senior associate level with a solid academic background and with a good foundation in intellectual property law.
More importantly we are looking for candidates whose approach is highly commercial, have a high degree of self-motivation, and the ability to take responsibility for a demanding and varied workload. The position will have a focus on predominantly contentious IP, in particular patent and design right litigation with also some non-contentious IP, licensing and technology transfer agreements. This role will allow the job holder to develop client relationships from day one, working with both medium/larger clients.
Development - there is an opportunity for the right candidate to really get involved, the team are focused on training but also allow all team members to market and gain exposure in all areas of IP work.
Client base - successful candidates will be advising across a wide variety of industry sectors, from retail, technology and design-focused companies to manufacturing.
